We take the confidentiality of your data seriously. This policy describes how k-stone manages information while delivering the AOAI Cost Guard consulting service.
Information We Access
During an engagement we review Azure OpenAI usage metrics, cost data, and related telemetry that you provide through Azure Monitor, Grafana, or similar observability tools. We do not copy or store customer prompts, completions, or training data outside of your environment.
How We Use Information
Access is limited to diagnosing spend trends, tuning alerts, and preparing recommendations that reduce Azure OpenAI costs. All analysis is performed under your supervision and aligned with agreed objectives.
Security & Retention
Access is provisioned with least-privilege roles and time-bound credentials. Artifacts generated during the project are delivered to you and removed from our systems within 30 days of project completion unless longer retention is required by contract.
Your Choices
