Privacy Policy

Cloud Cost Guard operates as a diagnostic and advisory service for AI and cloud infrastructure costs. This policy explains what information we access, how we use it, and how we keep engagement artifacts controlled.

Information We Access

During an engagement we may access billing exports, cloud telemetry, infrastructure inventories, monitoring dashboards, and cost allocation data that you provide through AWS, Azure, GCP, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Datadog, or similar tools. We do not collect customer prompts, completions, or training datasets unless they are explicitly required for debugging a cost issue and approved by you.

How We Use Information

Access is limited to diagnosing spend trends, identifying waste patterns, preparing executive-ready findings, and implementing agreed optimization actions. Analysis is performed only for the objectives defined in your statement of work.

Security and Retention

We request least-privilege access, use time-bound credentials where possible, and avoid exporting raw customer data outside approved environments. Engagement artifacts are delivered to you and removed from our systems within 30 days of project completion unless a different retention term is required by contract.

Your Choices

You may revoke access at any time, request deletion of delivery artifacts that are still in our possession, or ask for clarification on how a specific data source is used. For privacy questions, contact contact@k-stone.es.
