Terms of Service

These terms govern the delivery of Cloud Cost Guard engagements. By purchasing a diagnostic or implementation package, you agree to the responsibilities and limits described below.

Scope of Services

Cloud Cost Guard provides advisory, configuration, optimization, and governance support focused on infrastructure cost recovery for AI and cloud workloads. Deliverables, milestones, and platform scope are confirmed in the statement of work or proposal attached to each engagement.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for granting and revoking required permissions, maintaining security baselines, and ensuring compliance with your internal policies. You retain ownership of all cloud accounts, data, and systems accessed during the project.

Fees and Payment

Fees are invoiced according to the accepted proposal or statement of work and are payable within 30 days unless otherwise specified. Additional scope requires mutual written agreement and may be billed separately.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the engagement. We use least-privilege access, avoid unnecessary data export, and limit retained artifacts to what is needed for delivery and auditability.

Liability

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable engagement, except where prohibited by law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from implementation decisions outside our direct control.
