Terms of Service
These terms govern the delivery of k-stone's AOAI Cost Guard consulting service. By engaging with us you agree to the obligations outlined below.
Scope of Services
We provide advisory, configuration, and optimization support focused on Azure OpenAI cost management. Deliverables and timelines are detailed in the statement of work that accompanies each engagement.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for granting and revoking required Azure permissions, maintaining security baselines, and ensuring compliance with your internal policies. You retain ownership of all data and systems accessed during the project.
Fees & Payment
Fees are invoiced according to the statement of work and payable within 30 days. Any additional scope will be mutually agreed and may require a change order.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the engagement. We implement least-privilege access and never transfer customer data outside of approved environments.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from implementation decisions that you control.
